Very cool story Soren. I did something like that last summer with my T-34  
Ghia. Granted I didn't put as many miles as you did, but still, 3,000 miles 
on  a car that had just been put back on the road after an almost 30 year 
hiatus  was fun to drive, and do.
But yes, put those miles on them, they've earned it. ;-)
