[T3] Proper draining of water and doors?

Easy - there are two little folds on the door lower corners that have become
clogged with rust, anti-rust wax or something - use a thin wire to poke them
out and the problem will go away!

After a rain, when I open my doors, water pours out from the bottom of the
door near the hinge side. It also accumulates at the hinge side on the kick
plate. Could something be getting plugged?  How do i fix?  Thanks.
