[T3] Installing right side mirror

I used J B weld on my pass door about 4 years ago, and it is holding well. I had the nut plate out and cleaned it real well, used a sharp paint scraper to clean the inside of the door and used J B weld to secure the two together. I also greased the threads of the mirror base and put it in place to apply pressure and hold the nut plate in position. After 2-3 days I was able to remove the mirror base, apply some paint ( messy job ) inside the door and reinstalled the mirror. Not the only solution, but is working well for me
