[T3] Installing right side mirror

I believe it's actually for a 67 Fastback (hence no hole on the right  
door). He'll need either a mid-66 or 67 Squareback door, or modify the  existing 
Fastback door. Note; they'll be 2 bolt hinge doors (late style).  
Note II; I mentioned mid 66, as some of the very early 66's still had 3  
bolt hinges.
