[T3] Attaching rear seat belts

It depends on the age of the Type 3. From mid-late '60s (68-on?) they
fitted rear mountings. They're under the back seat - there should be a
reinforcing plate underneath at the front of the rear fender well. If not,
it's easy to fit, but it might be worth getting one from a scrap later car
as they are heavy gauge and fit the shape properly, Mostly they have
rusted out there in the UK, but you may have sound ones. The centre ones
are on the tunnel at the back, and the upper ones are on the C pillar in a
Squareback or behind the headlining above and behind the side window in a
Fastback.

What can you see?

Subject: [T3] Attaching rear seat belts

Hey all.

Where's the stock attaching points for the rear seat belts ?

It's been so long since they were in there....now that we have kids......and
the car will be driveable in the spring......

:D

Thanks, Dan
