[T3] Tight exhaust valves

Jim, they are actually fairly independent unless you are on a sustained drive.  I've come across 180f oil with cooked heads and 245f oil with nice cool heads. 
The prior comes with loss of power and eventually hot oil.  The later has actually driven 1000s of miles with no ill effects.
But, usually that 'hot' smell is oil heart/leak related.
