[T3] Tight exhaust valves

Jim: You are correct.  Although I rebuilt the engine back in 1997, the car
has seen few miles until recently.  I'm not sure how many, but I expect I
have put on less than 10,000 miles since the rebuild and maybe a lot less.
Nowadays, I've been driving the car 20 miles each way to work on an almost
daily basis, so I'm racking up the miles now.  I'll be sure to keep a close
eye on these on a regular basis.
