I've seem a Toyota in Japan that was like this, probably licensed by 
Bosch. It was D-Jet (4 cyl) but most of the components were made by 
Nippon Denso. The injectors, however, were Bosch.

It sounds like there were more D-jet derived systems out there than I 
had ever realized.
