The painted bezels get glass bead blasted, primed and repainted. I 
have a very old can of Simonize Chrome Cleaner that, with the help of 
a bit of elbow grease,makes the chrome trim rings look like new.

I can polish the plastic front plates, which tend to scratch easily, 
but there's really nothing I can do for the dials and numbers. 
They're either good or trashed.
