[T3] floor pans for 1969/70 volkswagon fast back

In the PNW there is a guy selling a solid IRS set up auto pan with
transmission, flex plate, front end, pedals and rear axles for a few
hundred bucks...  he's on this list and his email is bfye at canyonville.net
