[T3] dash pad talk

Just a comment.  I replaced the dash in my T3 a couple of years ago and I secured it with rivets.  When I had my car inspected, the officer objected to the "modern" rivets and sent me 60 miles away to another inspection agency. I suggest leaving the VIN plate off of the dash.
