[T3] dash pad talk

UK didn't get the door post sticker.  I expect that was just part of the
USA/Canada spec.  We got the pan stamping and the front panel chassis plate,
plus a stickers showing British Standard seat-belt conformity.

I think all markets got the other 3 locations (door post, under hood,
pan) but only some got the dash VIN. I'm not surprised that Canada went with
the same rules as the US. The door post sticker actually seems the least
useful and least durable.
