[T3] dash pad talk

I think all markets got the other 3 locations (door post, under  hood,
pan) but only some got the dash VIN. I'm not surprised that Canada went with
the same rules as the US. The door post sticker actually seems the least
useful and least durable.


 
It might be, but the 2 cars that I have that sticker on, are  still there,
and still kind of readable. : )

We lost the vin number on the original DP for Clementine back in 99 when the
shop it was stored in caught fire and burned to the ground.  The other 3 are
still intact.  The one in the doorpost is still there and survived 3 paint
jobs. 4 counting the factory one.  We don't have any kind of vehicle
inspection in my state so not a problem here.
