Hope you don't mind me asking but any reason you did not just get them from CB already pre machined for injectors? 
I am planning on using a set of CB on my 74bug 1915cc after I get finished with my MS3 project on my 72 SB so I find it interesting what your doing.

Here are some 'in process' pics of altering my CB Performance throttle bodies to accept injectors:

2nd hole at .500 width

4th plunge I can't remember the #s right now and apparently I didn't get that picture either...
Then we did it for 3 more injectors.

I could not have done this without Allen Morgan and the use of his shop.  2 sets of eyes and doing the math sure makes taking the risk easier!  We managed not to screw up $750 worth of TBs!!!
