What about it? Won't you be using it for a MAP sensor of some sort? 
(I don't know how the MS system senses load.)

It also has too large an aperture to use directly for the crankcase 
ventilation.

I really recommend taking the breather back one generation earlier. 
It's simpler and I think it is likely to save you lots of headaches.
