[T3] 72 MS EFI project

If you're talking rust one way or the other it's going to. I am mostly concerned about the heat this header will possibly pump into the cooling air intake on this. I have a merged header on my bug with no wrap and its rusting fairly well so inless I purchas a very expensive one that is coated in ceramic or such I can live with it.

Nice as it looks right now, I'd take that wrap off and throw it away.  
Unless you like replacing headers...
