[T3] Hood springs

I got this message on the UK forum after posting the tip on vwtype3.org
about stretching the hood (bonnet!) springs into place on the rack.

Finally got chance to tackle the springs this evening, and I can't believe
how easy and pain free it was. So the tube method worked a treat.

So it works well.  I think he used his hydraulic jack handle as the pipe.
