[T3] Tire size?

My wheels were apparently repainted according to Adney or Russ, can't 
remember. Point is, the stampings can or are light/fine and could be 
covered with paint. Mine are just barely legible especially the date 
stamps.

While on the subject of tires, what is the best way to protect them 
from the sun? Some of the new tires I have shortly got crazed and am
sure when I get the Squareback out here in the summer (have to!) be
worse.
