Wow, our spring seems really late this year. So far we've had a lot of rain
and the temps rarely get as high as 60 in the day. We MAY reach 70 on
monday.

Ours too.  We are still having a day here and there where we don't get out
of the upper 70s which is cool for us this time of the year.  We even had a
day or 2 this month where we only got in the upper 50s. That's real cool for
May here.  By now we are usually starting to run the AC full time and
sweating our butts off but we are getting there fast.
