[T3] Throttle Valve Switch

Took the TVS apart and it was filthy inside.  Everything had a light coat of
light oil on it and that had allowed all kinds of dirt, dust, and small
insect remains to stick to the oil.  I got can of electrical connection
cleaner and cleaned it all thoroughly.  I put it back on readjusted it but
still the same problems during light to medium acceleration.  I'm afraid all
that trash in there damaged it.  Oh well guess I'll save up for another one
after Christmas.
