[T3] Source for part number 311.129.695 B

Just my 2 cents here. I got this boot from ISP West (they had it 50% off a while back, used to be $50!) and although it's not a perfect match, it fit just fine on my '71. One thing I did note, however, is that I think it's made from pretty low quality rubber. After two weeks on the car, I started seeing some cracking around where the clamps were clamped (and I'm using smooth clamps that are not over tight). I live in San Francisco, where it doesn't really get much over 75F on average, so I can't blame a hot, dry climate for the premature cracking. A few months later, it hasn't split open or anything but I'm pretty disappointed with the cracking, having spent the $25 + shipping.
It is the only new replacement I've ever seen, so in that way it's worth it. And it looks better than the rubber plumbing coupler I had on there before. I guess, "they just don't make 'em like they used to"...
I just spotted this on the Samba classifieds, might be worth it... http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=1495413
Just my $.02,
Jeremy
