Im really not sure if its too rich or too lean, its great at idle and under
light throttle, only if I step on it it starts to miss or falls flat, all of
this below 4000RPM,  this is very similar to what happened when I had the
stock idle jets in it, then jetting up cured that but now with those jets in
it its problem is back, Im wondering if I fouled the plugs a bit with the 2
sizes up jets?  It idles and runs under light throttle so perfectly though.

It is rom related Keith.  Pedal position just means you are flooding it it
to much gear.  Your mains are in charge from 4k and up.  Below that is a
mixture of sin and idle.  I you are fat at all rpm, yor idles are too big.
Just too fat above 3200 or so could be idle, main or both.  Above 4000 only
is just mains
