Ya know, unless your time is worth nearly nothing, the only way to build a
motor at that price is use cheap parts and cut corners, and in today's world
Cheap parts are really to be avoided.

Heck, just the cost of a good align bore, crank turning or replacement, rod
rebushing, head work...  today's Mahle jugs are now Chinese so they are junk
meaning you need to have your old jugs bored and pistons fit...

I cant count the number of times ive seen problems with cheaply build T3
engines, and in the T4 world, with real HP, the problem is 10 times worse
and 10 times more expensive.
