[T3] Fixing speedometer

Presumably with this cold weather, the speedometer decided to act up.  It was making a god-awful chirping noise.  Prior to that, the needle had been "wobbly" for a while.

I took it out, took it apart - much more than 6 years ago when I fixed the odometer, cleaned the pieces parts (which included the central shaft/magnetic disc thingy and a couple of worm gear/shafts), re-lubed everything and put it all back together.  It all took about an hour.

Quiet and smooooooth - no more wobbly needle.  I love it when I don't break things in the process of "fixing" them.
