[T3] One cylinder dead-not firing-#3

could this be a computer issue...and/or
compression?
Any help is appreciated.

If the cylinder is dead from low or no compression them when the starter
spins the engine over the speed of the starter will go up and down till it
starts. You can disable the ignition or fuel so it cant start and turn the
engine over with the starter and listen for this.  Hope that makes sense.
