[T3] update on 70 fback

Mechanic said
after compression test, they removed the rocker assembly
and tried to shim. It couldnt be shimmed because the valve is sticking out
too much, so they removed push rod on #3 to prevent further damage.

It needs a new head.

Anyone have one?!
