We have a wonderful response from our Invaders staying for our planned BBQ
dinner Saturday night - Thank You!

That being said, I am still waiting for 2 checks that are "in the mail" -
lol -

 

I talked to The Dinosaur about our total head count. Now that they know what
our real number of guests should be, they granted me a few extra days for
these checks to arrive to me!

That also means if there are any of you Invaders out there who still want to
join us for a great meal - you have until this Saturday (6-14), by 6:00pm to
either PayPal me or have your check in my hands.

I'll reattach the dinner info;

 

I need to pay for and place the food order before you arrive in Fairport, so
if your plan is to pay and be included to our BBQ dinner at the Invasion -
it will be too late!

We are having our dinner catered by a very good New York restaurant -
"Dinosaur Bar-B-Que"

They have amazing food, as you will find out. Here's our menu:

Memphis Style Pulled Pork (with rolls) - hot
BBQ Bone-In Chicken Quarters - hot
BBQ Beans - hot
Salt Potatoes with Cajun Garlic Butter - hot
Macaroni Salad - cold
Cornbread

They will deliver and setup at our site, along with disposable plates,
utensils, napkins, serving utensils, and extra BBQ sauces.
All you have to bring is your beverage of choice!

This will cost $18.50 per adult, which includes all admin. fees, taxes, and
tips (for the setup/delivery people).
Please either mail me a check for your dinner(s), or you could PayPal your
pre-payment to me at  <mailto:rdavid at rochester.rr.com>
rdavid at rochester.rr.com before June 10th.

If you are bringing children; let me know and we will work something out.

 

For those of us planning on caravanning to, and driving laps with us @
Watkins Glen International Raceway (Friday,6/20) - I will collect the $15 /
Type 3  fee from you when you are here in Fairport. (No need to pre-pay)
