Well then I really WOULD adjust them!
NEVER count on ANYBODY else to get something right, especially a shop.
That stroke needs to be adjusted to what YOUR dynamic's are, there are all
kinds of factors, altitude, how much ethanol in the gas etc. etc.  its as
part of setting up the carbs as changing the jets to get the mixture right.

Just note where it is and you can always go back.

I did not adjust the pump strike because this set of Dell carbs was rebuilt
by ACE / blackline racing. Those adjustments would've been taken care of.
