[T3] Stick Shift Issues

Doubt this will help you but i had that happen once where on my ghia i 
used to have there is a plate under the back seat where the shifter rod 
connects to the transmission. And a bungee cord got caught in it and i 
only had second and fourth. It could also be a bushing there or just 
loose all together.

Havent really messed with this on my type 3 in all the years i owned it...
