That's fine Jim - you've got supplies, and one of our UK members got some
made in Germany. It's not as readily available in the UK - not much call for
it!  VW specialists don't see it as very important to stock it.

If the OE parts were NLA, expensive, or inferior I could see the point in
all this discussion of subs, but they are available, cheap, and work
extremely well. So why not use them?
