[T3] Solenoid wire

The solenoid on my starter has a place for a "fuel injection" wire (next to the wire to the ignition switch).   Wiring charts in the books are hard to read.

But, there's been no FI wire attached to that solenoid.     Where should such a wire go?   If it's to the Cold Start switch, well, that hasn't been plugged in for years.
