[T3] New Rotors. Weak Brakes.

Crew,

Yesterday I replaced the front rotors and bearings. Everything went fine.
Now it seems like it is stopping with the ears and not the fonts.

I did adjust the passenger side rear, but it was able to spin freely. Do
the rotors need a little break in time? Is this a sign that the pads are
older than the hills? I'm a little stumped.
