[T3] New Rotors. Weak Brakes.

A representative from Bendix brakes came to talk to my class last year about proper brake service. He said you all ways clean a new rotor or one that has just been turned with soapy water. He said you want to see a slight rust film when done and dry. This is with any car using any brand not just Bendix.
