I think the range can be quite large, because appearances can be 
deceiving, and much depends on the eyes of the beholder and of the 
seller.

"Most" of the parts? What's missing? To what degree has it been 
customized? Was it restored, or restroyed? Where is the rust, and 
have you looked under the carpets and under the back seat? Is the 
fuel injection intact or has it been replaced by carbs that have or 
have not been properly jetted?

So, to answer your question, my guess is that the price could range 
from $1000 to as much as $8000, depending on the answers to the 
questions above and others. 

Sorry, I know this isn't much help, but with the info given that's 
all I can say.
