[T3] Fuel tank outlet filter?

Once the tank is out and the components are out use some lead rounds ( large buck shot or fishing weights) to rattle/shake inside the tank to remove the rust. The lead is reusable and one can do this several times if required. It worked great on my 58 ford tractor.
