[T3] Speedo Repair Suggestions?

Because this is such a common problem with Type 3 speedos w/trip odo. 
this is one of the many standard repairs I do. The price is $50 plus 
return shipping and is a mechanical repair only, not a cosmetic 
refirb, although I do clean everything as well as I can, and lube the 
works. Turnaround time is just a few days.

When finished, my repair is more durable than the OG assembly. I've 
never had to do one of these twice.
