[T3] Car won't move

After hiding from the heat for a bit, I remembered that I have a bottle
jack in my truck. Plenty jack to get a VW up. Good and bad.

BAD: The guys who put my new rims on used an impact to do so. What a class
A set of freaking morons. At least I found out while I was at home with
plenty of tools. I broke two 3/8" drive ratchets trying to get the one
wheel off. They finally broke loose.

The good: it was only a stuck break. The drum came off after some
persuasion with a hammer. The inside of the drum shows a rough area where
the car had sat for years. The PO should have had it surfaced before
running the car. I may not have a jack in the house, but I still have a
stash of type 3 parts. :)

I got into closet number 2, sifted through a plastic bucket and pulled out
one of my spare brake drums that I so happen to have. Put things back
together and went for a 80 to 100 mile drive cruising the back roads around
my house. It was an amazing evening. The weather was perfect and the car
was tip top. I love this car. She cruises 70 to 75 mph with no problem
what-so-ever. Thanks goodness for my freeway flyer.

Tragedy averted.

To answer one question I saw in some earlier replies, I do have all of the
adjustment plugs in place. I think this was a freak accident. Next ti eI
might just try dumping the clutch like others mentioned.
