[T3] New pump different hic-ups

they have about a 1K resistor in them, if they are bad they will read open,
often you can see where they have been arcing thru.

I presume I test with an ohm meter? No resistance/some resistance. Open
meaning no continuity.
Or insert another SP into the connector outside the engine, ground the plug
and look for a good spark
