[T3] Recalibrate speedometer

Re/ the speedometer being off by 10 mph...could that be due to a worn cable to the wheel, or a slightly rounded-out hole where the cable sticks into the little hub cap?  Or the hub cap being loose? What WOULD happen if those areas had those problems?
