[T3] SCEET Ducting

Looking for some info on SCEET Ducting from those here how have used it to make the connection from the heater boxes to the air outlet on the type3.
What ID hose did you use 2.25" or 2.5" I am looking on getting some from http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/sceet.php so I can have some heat this winter here in Alabama as its going to be my primary driver while I over haul my 2004 Golf TDI that is in desperate need of maintenance.
