If you're asking about the levers next to the parking brake cable, 
look at the shafts those levers pivot on. The levers are squeezed 
between nylon washers and held on the threaded shafts by nylock nuts. 
Just tighten the nut slightly, just enough to keep it from slipping 
and yet loose enough to move when you push it. Careful, the 
adjustment is actually rather touchy.
