[T3] 1st oil change/vavles-need help

Do you have the brown Bentley? That's the best one to have for your car.
Briefly, 10mm and 19mm wrenches, oil-change set, (plastic gloves?), 3 quarts
oil.  Make sure the studs don't come out while undoing the nuts (one of them
holds the suction pipe inside and you'll be in a fix if it loosens or comes
out!). The method is covered in the Bently section 5 part 4.

Valve adjustment - Do this with a cold engine. Follow the manual procedure
(Bentley deals with it in Section 3 14.9). Tools needed 13mm box-end wrench
(ring spanner in UK), 0.15mm (0.006") feeler gauge, blade screwdriver. I do
right side first, with that side lifted and supported to stop the pool of
oil dribbling out, but others have their own way, which suits them. The
spring clip (bale-arm) pulls downwards - a big screw driver can help lever
it down.  Make sure the rocker-cover gasket looks OK - some stick it to the
cover, but I don't.  Noting how much adjustment gives early warning of
problems - they shouldn't change much. A drop of oil where the bale arm
scrapes helps it slide back up. Run the engine and check for oil leaks.

Doing it yourself is the way to learn about your car, and you will gradually
take over all your maintenance and many of the repairs.  More important, you
will know it's done carefully. It's often said on here, "No-one cares more
about your car than you".

Okay,

I know...newbie, dumb question, but I have never changed the oil and
adjusted the valves on my 1970, Fastback. It is timed I learned.

Does anyone have a list of what I need and where I can get it?

Though I have a manual, it would also be nice to have a straight-fwd cheat
sheet, leaning on everyone's expertise....example:*don't forget to XYZ.*

Anyone have anything that I can use to help me out?
