Tiny little leaks can probably be ignored, but any significant leak 
creats a pressure drop between the pressure sensor and the IAD. That 
means the pressure sensor senses a higher pressure than what's in the 
manifold, so it's going to ask for more gas, making things richer.

If you had some heavy grease, that might have enough staying power to 
seal the adjusting screw. Otherwise, I'll try to find you a plastic 
cap that will slide on there and seal it.

Otherwise, it sounds like you may be okay. 24 mi/gal is decent for 70 
mi/hr. You'll get better if you go slower, as long as it's steady and 
in 4th gear; you'll get worse if you go faster. Speed makes a big 
difference.
