[T3] Door check straps

So it seems like multiple things could fail, from the rubber to parts of the straps themselves. I have a source for just the rubber (NOS) and I’m willing to experiment with seeing if replacing that works. I’m not expecting miracles, but since the driver’s door check still functions perfectly and the passenger one used to, I imagine there must be something that can be done.
