[T3] I'm a little confused about the cylinder head temp sonsor

I know that some people think it make sense to add series or parallel
resistance to the temp sensors, but I've never done that and never
seen the need. I wouldn't expect to see this change the idle speed,
just the mixture. Yes, it would take a sniffer to see this, or you
might see it on your gas mileage if you keep really careful records.
