[T3] Parts Cars

Got two well-stripped T-3 parts cars in the yard...a '73 and '72. 

No front axle assemblies, only one gas tank (kept indoors), no engines or trans, lights and lenses in boxes indoors, wiper motors still there, windows intact, fenders/doors/hatches/hoods still on, bumpers not exactly in good shape...and etc.
   What's to be done with such things?  I hate to just have them towed to metal recyclers if there's chance a restoration person could use them...or parts of them.  What to think about keeping and somehow vending which parts before I recycle the rest?  What parts NOT to throw away?
