[T3] Type 1 to type 3 tow bar adpter

In conjunction with the welding class at my school we have been building 
a tow bar adepter for Clementine that will allow us to use a type 1 tow 
bar. Here are some picture of it just before we starting painting it and 
putting the fuel pump bracket on it since I had to relocated because the 
way we have to mount it to the front end. I'm going to install it in the 
morning and test it out. I'll have more pics tomorrow.
