I anyone really needs one with A 6 mm hole, send me a good one with 
an 8 mm hole and I will return it to you with a 6 mm hole, as good as 
new for a reasonable fee. (Yes we have a machine shop).

Or you could take it in to your local machine shop and get it 
done.  It is not rocket science, just proper welding, machining and drilling.
