As for the relay any standard 12v relay will do, like same type as your hard-start relay.

Yes, stock Type 3 w/ single horn has no relay.  If you are going to run dual horns you will want to add a relay.  Bonus to adding relay - you get a better tone because the horn button is grounding only the relay, not the full current of the horns.
