Doug,

I will echo what Jim Adney said....the Invasions have always been as much about the Type 3 people, as they are the cars.  Each Invasion has had  a handful of Type 3 folks show up in non-Type 3 vehicles or by plane.  All Type 3 enthusiasts are welcome to attend.

We only ask that if you show up in a non-Type 3 vehicle (even if it is another air-cooled VW), that you park with the rest of the spectators/visitors and not park with the Type 3s.  You are even welcome to join the cruises and stuff, just hang at the back so the Type 3s can stay together.

So if it works for your schedule, please stop by and enjoy the Invaders and their wonderful Type 3s.
